Question and Answer Advice, Tips, and Insights From Folks Who Have Been There Before...

How do you deal with a boss that has no idea how to run the business and will not take advice from someone that has been there for 30 years but gripes about how it was run years ago and the customers still want the old fashioned way of doing things but gripes about how much food is costing so he/she changed how we take food orders. Apps and desserts were included and now they are charging for them. So how do you take a food order properly?
