Advice, Tips, and Insights From Folks Who Have Been There Before...
Question:
I have recently been moved from the "Back of the House" to the "Front of the House" and am in need of some help.
What kind of "games" or other things can I use to motivate my servers
to be sales people instead of just be order takers and to motivate
them to work as a team instead of individuals?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
