Question: My son is a senior in high school and wants to prepare for becoming a chef and opening his own restaurant. What schools are considered the best by restaurant chains and hotels? What is the difference between schools like Cornell and Michigan State (traditional universities) and culinary schools like Culinary Institute of America, Johnson & Wales, and Kendall College? What kind of school would serve him best?
