Question and Answer Advice, Tips, and Insights From Folks Who Have Been There Before...


Question:
How do you feel about guests who come in at the last minute, at say five or even two minutes 'til closing? Should they be given the full treatment, should they be sat at all, should the fact that the restaurant is closing even be mentioned to them?

I am very interested to hear what others in the industry feel about this situation.
