Question and Answer Advice, Tips, and Insights From Folks Who Have Been There Before...


Question:
I work in a large casual dining restaurant. We maintain our kitchen and our dining area spotless - immaculate. However, and I have found this to be a problem in many other places. Fine dining - fast food - ethnic - you name it. Our employee break room is a pig sty. We have tried everything in order to have our servers - cooks - host/hostesses keep some semblance of cleanliness. All have been temporary solutions and last a few weeks. Then everything is back to normal. A dirty unappetizing area. Any suggestions?
