As a restaurant owner, you work hard to ensure that your business runs smoothly. Unfortunately, the same can't always be said of your employees. It's a common frustration for many small business owners, but it can be particularly noticeable in restaurants, especially when it comes to side-work and behind-the-scenes tasks.

To understand this problem, you have to change your way of thinking. It's difficult to change what someone wants, but if you can create an environment where they naturally take the same path to both your goals and their goals, you're on the right track.
