Marcel Biró
Chef/Owner Biró Restaurant and Wine Bar Sheboygan, WI
Practially raised in the kitchen, Biró was a European Certified Chef Instructor by the age of 21. At the age of 24, he became a Master Chef, one of the youngest chefs in European history to achieve this title. And now Biró is making things happen in Sheboygan, WI, two and half hours north of Chicago. With two restaurants, a TV show, a culinary school, and consulting gigs around the country, 30 year old Marcel Biró definitely has a lot cooking.
RR: I see a chef with a lot of passion and energy, where does that drive and motivation come from?
MB: I love what I do, and I'm a perfectionist. I love building things, so once I conquer something, I am immediately onto the next challenge.
